Dr. Rama is amazing at what she does! She is highly personable & skilled, and extremely compassionate (especially around freezings!) I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new dentist!

In Dec 2025 I went to have what I thought was 5 teeth out 4 filled uppers. When I git there they told me they were taking all uppers out. I should of stopped them but I thought they knew what was.the best. I saw 4 dentist before this. . I have heart flutters so they have to take out some of the freezing to not make it heart go fast. It has been great up to new. The freezing still worked fine. They put the gum numbing stuff on my gums freezing started so they proceeded to put the needle in fir freezing. Waited about 10 min. and proceeded to pull the teeth. Told me I would feelpressure. Pressure was not the word. I yelled for them to stop. I cant do this i said. This is nuts. I asked how much of the freezing did they take out they said all of it. I said all of it. You left me with no freezing. Put the other freezing in that will work. By this time I had quite a few out. The other freezing got me through the rest of the extractions. What a horrible ordeal. Im so sorry I went there in Fergus. Im asking for my permanent dentures now. The temporary one are so big even with the lining . Very hard to eat, Very upset . I have serior dental. I hope this is not how other people are treated with this coverage. The lining if very toxic. I dont want the temp. Ones I want my permanent dentures now. Since I have written my complaint I received a call to apologize 100% on the experience I had . Now they are looking into everything possible to make me comfortable. The first time I went it was a great relaxing dental procedure. That's why I went back. Thanks for Country Dentals fast response. I love the place! I get anxious going to the dentist and coming here has helped with that so much. From being welcomed at the front desk by Sydney, Emily and Sierra (these are the ladies who will message a friendly reminder too), overseen by Alyssa who will happily help out in informing and answering with any and all questions. Jackie is my hygienist and she goes ABOVE AND BEYOND to make me feel calm and make me smile. Dr.Albana is the genius who makes that smile shine! Dr. Albana is excellent at what she does, she is extremely knowledgeable and has access to all the new technology treatments. She takes great pride in what she does and is confident in what she knows. Always five stars here!!! I highly recommend!!!

Making Country Dental my dental office was my best decision! The whole staff is friendly, educational and you are always greeted with a warm welcome which makes going to the dentist much more enjoyable. All of the hygienists are very precise, patient focused, and very educational. The dentists and the dental assistants are great with communicating about treatment, also very patient focused and have such a warm demeanour! And I can't forget about Dr. Albana and Nik, such amazing owners. So caring for anyone and everyone that walks into Country Dental. I highly recommend 🙂

Country dental is great. Always does a great job, teeth feel amazing. My hygienist is very gentle, always explains what is going on, if I have any concerns, he always takes his time to talk about all the options. All staff is wonderful. Definitely recommend. Entire family comes, great with adults and kids!
